During the season, these four have done whatever they can to help the Tigers to a 24-7 record, 而且 the first Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) regular season championship 在程序历史中.

The Tigers have moved onto the semifinals, 而且 will play Delaware on Monday, March 7 . at 6 p.m. If the Tigers win, they will advance to the championship game, which will 将于3月8日星期二下午7点举行.m.

Here is a look at this year’s roster of walk-ons for the 888贵宾会APP下载 men’s basketball 团队.

克里斯Caliguiran

高级|阿科基克，马里兰州

克里斯Caliguiran is the elder statesman of the group, having spent four seasons on 的名单. His run as a Tiger even included a short-time on scholarship during the 2019年春季学期.

Caliguiran 说 his path was unique 而且 he is grateful to have lived a childhood dream.

Junior |鲍伊，马里兰州 

贾斯汀•帕特森 considers it a blessing to be able to continue playing basketball. 老实说，他只是“很高兴还能打球”.”

Originally planning to play at Division III school, 布兰登举行 transferred to Towson 一学期后. He was still looking to play basketball in 2020, but unfortunately COVID-19大流行.

后 waiting about two years, 而且 getting a last-minute tryout, Held finally made 这个团队.

“Being on this 团队 has been like being part of one big family,” Held 说. “这 season has been a ton of fun, 而且 everyone has put in a tremendous amount of work 让888贵宾会走到今天这一步. 888贵宾会打得很好，赢了很多比赛 因为它.”

And while he’s happy to help out 这个团队, nothing beat getting actual playing time 在一级联赛中.

One of the reasons Olugbemi约瑟夫 came to 888贵宾会APP下载 was because the men’s 球队每年都有跑龙套的选拔. 约瑟夫有机会参加三级联赛，但是 想抓住机会参加一级联赛.

“During those two years I went through a lot,” Joseph remembers. “我给教练们发了邮件 at least 50 times throughout those two years 而且 it's funny because I doubt they even 意识到一直都是我干的.

Despite being a walk-on, Joseph 说 the coaches 而且 other players don’t treat him 让他为自己的行为负责.

In fact, his favorite part of his walk-on experience has been making connections.

“I can say, without a doubt, that everyone that comes inside our locker room—coach, player, manager 而且 staff is a friend of mine inside 而且 outside of basketball,” Joseph 说. “今年真的让我意识到篮球是多么有趣.

“I truly enjoyed every second, 而且 to add to the moment, being able to score 而且 see my 团队mates root me on is a feeling I will take to the grave.”
